Away We Grow Child Care

We Are Committed to Your Family's Safety!

Away We Grow Child Care has been trusted by members of our community for the past 15 years.

The health, safety, and well-being of children, families, and staff is our top priority. We've always adhered to rigorous health, hygiene, and disinfecting practices, and are now following enhanced safety protocols outlined by the CDC. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a tour, feel free to give us a call.

Health Screenings and Face Coverings

We require daily health screens and temperature checks for all adults and children in the center. Adults in our center are required to wear face coverings at all times and children over the age of 2 years are encouraged.

Updated Drop-Off and Visitor Policy

Essential visitors, including families, are limited to the lobby. We have eliminated the need to gather in the lobby by allowing children to be dropped off and picked up at their classroom door, which is accessible from the outside. Nonessential visitors are not permitted in the center.

Distancing and Class Sizes

By reducing the classroom size, we have been able to practice physical distancing. We keep consistent groupings and do not allow mingling between classrooms unless social distancing can be maintained. To ensure the health and safety of our students, our outdoor play area has been sectioned off and only allows one class in each area at a time.

Enhanced Disinfecting Procedures

Each room in our center is equipped with UV air purifiers that run throughout the day. During the school day, our center disinfects frequently touched items and all hard surfaces. At night, each room is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a UV light system. Each child is given individual bins of toys for each learning center, to eliminate cross-contamination.
